Intended use:
The PAK 10.0L - 20.0L Packaging Machine is designed for packing of a wide range of food products into various types of packages:
- Plastic cups in various diameters, PP and PS types, designed for thermal closing;
- Plastic cups in various diameters, PP and PS types, designed for thermal closing and covering with a plastic cover;
- Aluminium cups designed for thermal closing and sterilization.

The packaging process takes place in a fully automatic cycle controlled by a SIEMENS electronic programmer. Such control makes it possible to achieve a smooth operation of the PAK 10.0L - 20.0L PACKAGING MACHINE.
The undoubted advantage is the rate of the product packaging provided by the PAK 10.0 - 20.0 packaging machine and its precision of dosing (the error up to 3 g for a dose of 500 g).
Our experience in the food industry has enabled us to develop a wide range of feeders for the following products:
- Fluid ones - (kefir, cream, natural yoghurt and yoghurt with pieces of fruits)
- Semi-fluid ones - (homogenized cheese, butter mixtures, mustard, ketchup)
- Paste type ones - (vegetable salads, fish salads, pates, jams)
- Loose ones - (sugar, corn flakes, dragees)
We can match the adequate model of a feeder depending upon the product specific character.
THE MAXIMUM OUTPUT, DEPENDING UPON THE PRODUCT TYPE, IS UP TO 20000 PACKAGES PER HOUR.

Workmanship
- The frame and the casings of the mechanisms are made of acid resistant and stainless steel AISI 304,
- The casings of the work table are made of polycarbonate (UV light resistant),
- The feeders and all components that are in contact with the product are made of acid resistant and stainless steel AISI 304,
- Control is executed using the SIEMENS programmer,
- The control panel contains a big legible screen.
