The packing process goes on in a full automatic cycle controlled by the SIEMENS electronic controller. The controller enables achieving smooth operation of the rotary packing machines.

The undoubted advantage is packing rate and dosing accuracy
(up to 3g inaccuracy per 500g dose).

Our experience in food industry enabled us to develop the wide range of the product feeders:

• Liquid - kefir, cream, natural yoghurt and yoghurt with pieces of fruits,
• Semi-liquid - homogenized cheese, butter, mustard, ketchup,
• Paste-like - vegetable salads and fish salads, pâté, jam, meat stuffing,
• Loose - sugar, corn flakes, dragees.

Manufacture

• The frame and the mechanism covers are made of acid
  resistant stainless steel AISI 304,
• The work table covers are made of polycarbonate (UV resistant),
• The feeders and all product-contact elements are made of acid resistant stainless steel AISI 304,
• Controlled by the SIEMENS controller,
• The control desk with a big readable display screen.
