Designation
The aseptic version of the PAK machines can be
equipped with:
Laminar cabin DSL with sterilizing air filters,
which
provide biological protection of the packaging process,
Storage containers for packagings devided from
the
zone of the DSL cabin, located outside it,
Sterilizing of the cups with UV light,
Sterilizing of the cups - perhydrol H2O2,
Equipped feeders with the CIP system,
Sterilizing of the lids with UV light,
Sterilizing of the lids - perhydrol H2O2,
Injection of the inert gas into the packaging.
Manufacture
The frame and the mechanism covers
are made of acid
resistant stainless steel AISI 304,
The work table covers are made of
polycarbonate (UV resistant),
The feeders and all product-contact
elements are made of acid resistant stainless steel
AISI 304,
Controlled by the SIEMENS controller,
The control desk with a big readable
display screen.
