The Ice Line is an automatic extrusion line for manufacturing different kinds of ice creams:
stick ice creams, the magnum type, covered with chocolate or with chocolate and nuts,
waffle cones, the cornetto type, rolls and ice cream cakes, sandwiches, bars covered
with chocolate, the "mini bonbons" type.

The line consists of:

- CONTROL BOX, from the control box the operator may control all the production process. Production process control and monitoring is realised by means of PLC controller.

- SPIRAL COVVEYOR Consists of 2 parts:
a) Working table, adapted for assembly of the following elements:
. horizontal and vertical extrusion
. one side mechanism for ice-cream cutting by hot wire
. mechanism for sticks setting into formed ice-cream
. production set for "mini vienetta"
- PRODUCTION SET for stick ice-cream "magnum" type.
- PRODUCTION SET for "sandwich" type ice-cream.

- PRODUCTION SET for "cornetto" ice-cream.
. Perforation of trays for vertical keeping of three cone waffers on one tray
. Slave mechanism serving for synchronisation of feeder with tray speed
. two chocolate injections inside waffer
. two time feeders for ice-cream mass 1 colour
. set of replaceable tips for pliers of pliers conveyor
. set of tips for pocket conveyor
. wrapping machine paper forming mechanism (folding box)
- PRODUCTION SET for "tartufo" type ice-cream:
- PRODUCTION SET for "mini bon-bon" type ice-cream
- PRODUCTION SET for "bon-bon" type ice-cream
- PRODUCTION SET for chocolate covering "bon-bon" type ice-cream and ice-cream bars.

Working table made of ASIS 304 stainless steel combined with aluminium.
b) Two columns of spiral conveyor inside hardening chamber with trays.
- HARDENING CHAMBER, made of polyurethane panel boards of 160 mm thickness.
The chamber is provided with thermoinsulation door with gaskets and locks anti-freezing system.
The chamber floor made of ASIS 304 steel anti-slippery sheet.
- PLIERS CONVEYOR, serves for product taking from trays, covering with chocolate, temporary
keeping for chocolate cooling and transferring onto pocket conveyor.
- POCKET CONVEYOR, serves for product transfer from pliers conveyor onto flow pack
wrapping machine.
