The line for production of the ready-made dishes consists of the walking conveyor and the rotational Machine PAK 2.5. The conveyor performs the stroking motion that is accommodated to operation of the rotary packaging machine.
The containers are fed automatically onto the conveyor belt through the
cup station. The next stage is the manual dosing of the product portion and the placing of the container together with it in the seat of the rotary machine PAK 2.5 - then, the transporting under the dosing nozzle of the dosing feeder of the package takes place and the pouring the product over with a sauce
or a dressing. The next stages are, as follows: the covering of the container with the foil unwound from the a roll, the welding of it and the cutting out
of the cover.
The completion of the whole process is the pushing of the packaged product onto the collective conveyor.
