of blowing
nozzles creating "wave" effect or gathering the chocolate
excess from the
product.
Depending on the machine version the product
may be coated with
chocolate only from the bottom.

- Chocolate circulation
pump
- Net conveyor
- Curtains for chocolate coating
- air curtains
- basin for collecting chocolate
excess.
