is designed for closing glass vessels of various shapes and height by „TWIST OFF” type covers.

Closing process takes place in automatic cycle being supervised by
PLC electronic controller.

The vessels are delivered under the twisting heads by means of a conveyor.

The jar is being stopped under the head and a cover is placed by a drop of twisting head. Rotational movement of the twisting head during stoppage of the vessel makes the closing process.

The automatic control enables flexible work of the machine.

The maximum capacity depends on setlled twisting time and may equal even up to 2500 vessels per hour.
